REEF is helping NYC-based Jack's Wife Freda and Miami-based Michael's Genuine Food & Drink create smaller "greatest hits" menus from their brick-and-mortars and franchise them to REEF's network of 100 kitchen parking lot "vessels" spread across 20 metropolitan cities in the US and Canada.
