As online grocery has boomed during the pandemic grocers have scrambled to adopt solutions like automated micro-fulfillment centers with the hopes of making their delivery sales profitable. Now, Instacart is partnering with Florida-based grocer Publix to launch its first MFC powered by Fabric.
