Last weekend, I attended the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show in Chicago that brings together ~60k foodservice professionals each year. While there was no overarching theme to the show, I found that many of the solutions I saw were either helping operators grow within their four walls or helping their kitchens do more with less when it comes to labor, space, and time constraints with automation and high-speed cooking equipment. Below is a summary of some of my top picks from this year’s exhibit.
